# what’s included

Everything in paid advertising, without add-on surprises

01

Tracking that counts every sale

Pixel and Conversions API, GA4, and Merchant Center set up properly before a rupee is spent.

02

Campaigns split by intent

Prospecting, retargeting, and catalog campaigns kept separate, so each stage’s real cost is visible.

03

Creative testing

3–5 variants per campaign across Reels, carousels, and statics, rotated on data — not on taste.

04

Weekly budget management

Budget moved toward what’s working, every week, against ROAS targets agreed up front.

05

Google Shopping & YouTube

Product feed optimised, Merchant Center errors fixed, and Shopping and video campaigns where they pay.

06

Weekly reporting

Spend, ROAS, delivered revenue, and exactly what changes next week — in plain language.

# how it runs

How the first 90 days run

  1. 1

    week 1

    Audit & tracking

Pixel, Conversions API, and catalog checked and fixed. Bad signal makes every later decision worse.

  2. 2

    weeks 2–3

    Rebuild & launch

Campaigns restructured by intent, budgets set by stage, and the first creative tests live.

  3. 3

    weeks 3–6

    Creative testing

Variants rotated on schedule; losers paused on data, winners given budget.

  4. 4

    every week

    Optimise & report

Budget shifts, new tests, and a weekly report — plus a monthly review call on the bigger picture.

Find your real break-even ROAS

Ads Manager calculates ROAS on orders placed, not orders delivered. Plug in your numbers to see the ROAS you actually need once COD returns are counted.

Below this, campaigns lose money once COD returns are counted.

90%

max cost per placed order

₹486

Simplified on purpose: it assumes prepaid orders always deliver, and ignores the extra shipping on each return and any repeat purchases. Ads Manager counts a purchase when the order is placed, which is why COD returns inflate reported ROAS.
